Lifestyles of Saratoga is a womenswear boutique located in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. Best known for its unique and stylish assortment of clothing, accessories, and footwear, Lifestyles has been in business for over three decades. Throughout the years, it has become the go-to destination for discerning shoppers seeking both quality and style.

The owner of Lifestyles of Saratoga is Heidi Owen West, a successful businesswoman with a passion for fashion and customer service. A born and raised local, Heidi has been deeply involved in the Saratoga community throughout her career. Her goal upon opening Lifestyles was, and continues to be, to provide a one-of-a-kind shopping experience to the community she loves.

Heidi's background in retail and fashion has played a central role in the continued success of Lifestyles. She has worked with prominent fashion brands and designers, giving her an eye for style and a deep understanding of the industry. This expertise allows her to curate a unique collection of clothing and accessories that are both chic and timeless.

In addition to her thriving businesses, Heidi is dedicated to giving back to the community. She is actively involved in local organizations and charities, including The Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Association, the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, and Gateway House of Peace.

I'm so glad you found us and a warm welcome to the Lifestyles community - where it's about so much more than clothing. 

While we love our online community, it’s true what they say. Home is where the heart is. And ours is in Saratoga Springs. If you’ve never been, it can only be described as history with a heartbeat. Famous for many things this sweet town of ours is, such as horse racing, our springs, and even being the home of the potato chip.

Our corner of the city is 436 Broadway, which once upon a time was the home of Saratoga Men’s and Boy’s Shop. I remember looking at the space with my mom when it became available in the late 80’s. The space was outdated with a thick yellow film on the window, a drop ceiling and poor lighting but it had “good bones” and those windows, the stories those windows would grow to tell.
