The Winner’s Circle – History Was Made Here

The Winner’s Circle remembers—do you?

This year, our window design for the Belmont on Broadway Window Decorating Contest pays homage to the power of tradition, community, and the magic that happens when people come together to create something beautiful. Inspired by Dornoch's triumphant Belmont win in 2024 and the timeless question—who will join the legacy next?—our display, "The Winner’s Circle," is a love letter to racing history and Saratoga’s vibrant spirit.

While we can’t say for sure whether we’ll keep the trophy—or pass it proudly to one of our fellow Broadway businesses—what we do know is this: to us, winning is about more than ribbons and recognition.

Winning is about making a difference. It’s watching the eyes of children light up when they pause to take in the details. It’s collaborating with incredibly talented local artists like Cathi Anne Cameron, who hand-painted our signs, and Sculptor Erik Johnsen, who helped craft our vision of life-sized horses sprinting through our window with heart, precision, and soul. It’s working with a team that brings their full passion, talent, and joy to every inch of glass, paint, and imagination.

We create not for accolades—but for connection. For community. For the chance to celebrate Saratoga’s rich heritage with the people who make it what it is.

So yes, The Winner’s Circle is about the thrill of the race—but more than that, it’s about the triumph of coming together to honor the past, elevate the present, and inspire the future.

Thank you for stopping, smiling, sharing, and cheering us on. That’s the real win.
